All our local and international parcels will be handled by Singpost for delivery. My Closet5796! shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail. We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail (additional $2.25) for the tracking number in case parcels go missing.

The products will reach Singapore in approximately 7 working days (not inclusive of local delivery time)
a) Normal Mail: Parcels will be delivered to the mailbaox directly by Singapost postman. No tracking number for normal mail. Postage for narmal mail: 2 items: $1.50, 4 items: $2.5
b) Registered mail: Parcels will be delivered directly to the address doostep by Singpost postman with tracking number. Registered Mail postage: Please add $2.25 to normal mail postage.
~outside Singapore~
Malaysia: Shipment will take approximately 7 working days. Postage will be charged at the same rate as local registered mail.

Payment Guide
We accept PayPal (additional charges apply), and Western Union payment for overseas customers. The necessary account details will be provided with the payment details after placing an order.
*No refunds or exchanges after the items have been mailed out/delivered/collected.
*No cancellation of orders once payment is received.
How To Pay
~Within Singapore~
1. We only accept full payment. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. Items will be sent out promptly once the shipment arrives Singapore.
2. Payment can be made by ATM fund transfer/ Cheques/ Cash.
3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
4. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery postage.
5.Upon payment, the products will arrive Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.
~Outside Singapore~
1. Customers have to pay in full amount for the products they have ordered before delivery.
2. Payment can be made by Western Union / PayPal / Telegrahpic transfer(TT).
3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
4. Payment can be made in US dollars (USD) / Singapore dollars (SGD).
5. All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges to the destination country.
